Account Security

Passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption. We recommend you enable two-factor authentication from your account security page. Any login from an unrecognised device triggers a verification step to your registered mobile number.

Data Retention

We keep your account records for the period required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. After account closure, transaction records are retained for legal compliance purposes and then securely deleted on schedule.

Dispute Resolution

Access to 2xko and the enforceability of these terms depend on local law in your state or territory. We aim to apply terms consistently, but where local law restricts or modifies a clause, that local provision takes precedence for your account.

We will not make material changes without giving you prior notice through your registered contact details. Minor clarifications may be applied without notice, but any change that affects your account rights or payment policies will be communicated at least seven days in advance.

A breach may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, depending on the nature of the violation. Any balance in your wallet at the time of closure will be reviewed and, where no breach involves fraudulent funds, returned via your withdrawal method.

Contact our support team via email and include your account username and the registered mobile number linked to your UPI or Paytm account. We will verify your identity and send your data package within 30 days of the verified request.

We store the minimal identifiers needed to process your transactions — typically a tokenised reference, not your full UPI handle. Full payment credentials are handled by the payment processor and are not held on 2xko servers directly.

Once you raise a dispute through your account dashboard, our team opens a case and acknowledges it within 24 hours. Most game-outcome disputes, including those for Aviator or Bar Bar Bar rounds, are concluded with a written decision within five business days.

You can request permanent account closure by contacting support. Your active data will be deleted after the legally required retention period has passed. Transaction logs are kept for compliance purposes and then removed from our systems on a rolling schedule.
